I’ve been part of the beauty industry since 2003, and over the years I’ve built my career around a genuine passion for helping people feel confident, comfortable and truly cared for. My experience spans a wide range of treatments, including nails, massage, beauty therapy and media makeup. I’ve also continued to develop my skills at an advanced level, achieving Level 4 certification in microblading, alongside specialist training in RF microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, LED light therapy and more.
Ongoing education has always been incredibly important to me. I regularly attend CPD training to stay up to date with the latest techniques and innovations, ensuring every treatment I offer is delivered with both expertise and a thoughtful, personal touch. I’m passionate about continually evolving, embracing new ideas, and introducing advanced treatments that allow us to stay at the forefront of the industry while delivering exceptional results for our clients.
I’m also incredibly proud to have been recognised within the industry, winning UK Best Beauty Therapist in 2024, as well as being placed in the Top 10 for both Best Nail Art and Nail Technician in 2025 at the Beauty & Aesthetics Awards.
Furthermore, skincare is at the heart of everything we do. That passion has led us to develop and exclusively use our own products across all of our skin, facial, and hand and foot treatments — carefully designed by us, with our clients in mind to ensure quality, consistency and results we truly believe in.
Whilst I focus on treatments, Richard works behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. With over 15 years’ experience in sales, marketing and customer service, he brings a strong commercial focus to Smoosh. From refining the client journey to developing the brand and identifying new opportunities, Richard is dedicated to elevating every aspect of the business. His drive and expertise play a key role in pushing Smoosh forward, whilst always ensuring the highest level of service for our clients.
